Women have different needs for energy and resources than men. These differences must be recognized when planning local energy measures. It is necessary to include and consult women when planning energy rehabilitation and reconstruction of public buildings, in order to implement a just energy transition.

The project “Women of good energy” is supported by the United Nations Agency for Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women in Serbia (UN Women), within the project “Key steps towards gender equality, phase II”, financed by the European Union.
