On Friday 28th of July, cooperation agreement to establish an effective system of energy management was signed in the City of Užice and it envisages the development of program and planning documents for energy management. In addition to RES Foundation, the signatories of the Agreement are City of Uzice, Regional Development Agency “Zlatibor” (RRA) and the Belgrade Open School (BOS).
This agreement constitutes the basis for mutual collaboration in order to improve energy management, environmental protection and improvement of the quality of services that local governments provide to citizens.
RES Foundation, as one of the initiators of the establishment of an effective system of energy management in local governments, together with its partners will ensure that the benefits that this system brings are used in the best possible way, with the use of locally available resources, particularly renewable energy resources, and with respect of environmental protection standards.
