Energy Management Institute organized this event that took place in Sofia on 15th. March 2018 with the support of the Bulgarian Ministry of Energy. Aleksandar Macura our Co-Founder and Programme Director was invited as representative of RES Foundation to this event to join the discussion on to what extent the voice of the non-governmental sector is heard in the process of formulating and executing the energy policy at European, regional and national level and what needs to be improved. The discussion featured, among other speakers, Mr. Marek Šefcovič, Vice-President of the European Commission, responsible for the Energy Union.
