Pavle Golicin is an economist with a thorough understanding of socio-economic issues in the Western Balkans. Pavle worked as an advisor and senior programme officer for the UN agencies (UNDP and ILO) in the last 10 years. He took part in a number of regional projects and research studies of Government’s and international donors’ programmes, commissioned, inter alia, by the World Bank, the United Nations and the European Commission.
Pavle completed his masters in the European Political and Administrative Studies at the College of Europe in 2002. He has extensive knowledge of the EU institutions, programmes and mechanisms.
